Hamilton Ward Office holiday closure

The Hamilton Ward Office will close for Christmas/New Year on Friday 23 December and reopen on Monday 9 January 2012.
I'd like to take the opportunity to wish you a Merry Christmas, from my family to yours. I hope the New Year is welcomed in a less eventful fashion than 2011!
Should an issue arise during the closure period, please phone Council's 24/7 call centre on 3403 8888 reporting matters for attention and action. Feel free to send an email to my office at hamilton.ward@ecn.net.au for follow up in the New Year.
I will be ‘on-call’ should the weather gods deal out anything similar to the events 12 months ago.
During the holidays, please remember to exercise sound judgement on our roads and take all precautions necessary to protect your home against possible wet weather events this storm season.
